Hello my name is Tim
Carter. I'm the creator
and Operations Manager
of
Team4Golf.com. I'd like to thank you for visiting our website. Hopefully you have or will have the opportunity to participate in one or more of our unique golf events. Our goal is simple. To provide amateur golfers with a clearly defined, team oriented, and highly competitive golfing experience. To provide a little taste of what it's like to be a professional golfer for a day. I'd like to introduce you to the team that created this business.
I've known Aaron Smith and Rick Berge for over twenty years. My relationship with Aaron began while attending Bemidji State University. Upon graduation Aaron embarked on a career in retail that culminated in a store management position with the Target Corporation. I had the pleasure of working alongside Rick Berge at a custom millwork manufacturing company when we were both starting our business careers. Today, Rick owns and manages a health care organization and a cottage business (www.Planesheets.com). Aaron and Rick's achievements go beyond the business world, they are dependable friends and caring fathers. I can't imagine working with more credible individuals.
The fourth member of our leadership team is my wife Molly Carter. Molly has worked in the Human Resource field since her graduation from the College of St. Benedict. She will complete her MBA from Capella University this May (2010). Molly is obviously bright, but even more importantly a sincerely genuine person with impeccable integrity.
From customer service, to marketing duties and management roles, my millwork industry career lasted nearly twenty years. I'll always cherish the experience, the people I worked with, and the customers who gave me the opportunity to assist them. Our team's commit to this venture goes beyond friendship and monetary gain. We are genuinely interested in creating something the exudes integrity and creates value for all those who participate. |
